His enthusiasm for landmark developments and collaborative approach makes him a valuable addition to the team as we continue supporting some of the region\u2019s most ambitious and architecturally significant projects.<\/p>\n<h2>From Elevators to Fa\u00e7ade Access Excellence<\/h2>\n<p>Before joining Fa\u00e7ade Access Solutions, Hisham spent eight years in the elevator industry, where he built extensive experience in technical sales, project coordination, and client relationship management.<\/p>\n<p>His responsibilities ranged from tendering and proposal preparation to contract negotiations, project execution, and stakeholder management. Through these experiences, he developed a strong understanding of how access systems contribute to building safety, operational efficiency, and long-term performance.<\/p>\n<p>For Hisham, moving into the fa\u00e7ade access industry was a natural next step. The transition felt seamless because of the similarities between the two sectors.
