01. Standards and Provisions

The installations must comply with the laws, regulations, provisions, and standards, including all updates, that apply three months prior to the publication of these specifications.

  • Working Conditions Act 1998 – Act of 18 March 1999 containing provisions to improve working conditions (Staatsblad 1999-184).
  • Environmental Management Act – Act of 13 June 1979 containing rules relating to various general environmental hygiene matters (Staatsblad 1979-442).
  • EU Directive on Work Equipment – Directive 2009/104/EC of the European Parliament and Council of 16 September 2009 on minimum safety and health requirements for the use of work equipment by workers at the workplace.
