His background spans technical and consultative sales, proactive account management, and delivering tailored solutions that help customers improve safety, compliance, and asset performance.<\/p>\n<h2>A Passion for Building Safety and Technical Excellence<\/h2>\n<p>Before joining FAS, Kalman worked at KONE, where he partnered closely with clients, consultants, and facilities management companies to deliver maintenance service solutions that met commercial and contractual requirements while enhancing operational performance.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cI was inspired to join Fa\u00e7ade Access Solutions because of its technical expertise, strong reputation, and commitment to delivering high standards across the fa\u00e7ade access sector,\u201d said Kalman. \u201cI was also drawn to the collaborative nature of the business and the opportunity to help customers solve real operational challenges while improving safety and compliance.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h2>Delivering Tailored Solutions for Customers<\/h2>\n<p>In his new role, Kalman will support customers across Retrofit, Refurbishment &amp; Replacement projects, helping them identify tailored solutions that extend asset life, improve performance, and maintain compliance with evolving industry requirements.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cWhat excites me most about this role is the opportunity to create real value through tailored, solution-driven approaches for customers,\u201d he said. \u201cEvery project is unique, which makes the role both technically engaging and highly collaborative.
