Tractel Ltd., part of Infrastructure Access Solutions of the Alimak Group, is pleased to announce its first subcontracting order with Aecon Nuclear, a division of Aecon Construction Group Inc. This collaboration aims to support the Darlington New Nuclear Project DNNP.
Construction has begun on the first of four planned Small Modular Reactors (SMRs) at the Darlington nuclear power plant site in Ontario, next to the Darlington nuclear power plant. This will be the first commercial grid-scale SMR in the G7 countries.
Under this subcontract, Tractel will support Aecon during the construction phase, delivering professional access solutions and customized tools and equipment. Leveraging decades of expertise in infrastructure and exterior access solutions, our team will assist in ensuring this critical project meets the highest standards of safety and efficiency.
