I am delighted to announce that I have recently been promoted to RRR Manager (Refurbishment, Retrofit & Replacement) after 9 years with the company!
From day one, I have been involved in key projects, from the design and manufacturing phases to installation coordination, testing, commissioning, and final delivery. This hands-on experience has given me a 360° view of projects, allowing me to understand both client expectations and factory requirements, while prioritizing deadlines and key milestones to ensure project success.
The opportunity to provide innovative and sustainable solutions that truly make a difference, not only for our customers but also for the long-term performance of our equipment. Ensuring our systems operate safely and efficiently for years is a great source of pride for me.
I also appreciate the dynamic nature of my role. Working at every stage of a project, in collaboration with our local offices, our clients, and our factory teams, allows me to fully appreciate the impact of our work. But if I had to choose a favorite moment, it would be the commissioning phase: being on-site, seeing a project come to life, and feeling that incredible satisfaction when everything is working perfectly.
I’ve had the privilege of working on iconic projects around the world, and it’s almost impossible to choose just one as my greatest achievement. Each project was special, not only because of its scale, but also because of the excellent teamwork that made it possible.

I particularly remember one of my first projects at Alimak Group. During the commissioning of the Seminole Hard Rock project, our team faced an unforeseen technical challenge. Concerned about potential delays, we collaborated closely to quickly diagnose the problem and implement a solution on-site.
Seeing the system working perfectly after overcoming this challenge demonstrated the power of teamwork, problem-solving and shared expertise — key elements behind every successful project and at the heart of Alimak’s values.
