This project blends luxury hotel apartments with striking architectural features. However, its unique geometry and seaside location presented a challenge: how to ensure safe and reliable façade maintenance for years to come, while meeting international standards like EN795:2012, BS7883, and BS8610.
This landmark project demanded innovative façade access solutions. With the building’s height, projecting terraces, and marine-facing sides, a standard approach would not suffice.
