Façade Access Solutions (FAS) is pleased to introduce Kalman Terbe, who recently joined the business as Technical Sales Manager within the Retrofit, Refurbishment & Replacement (RRR) division.
Kalman brings extensive experience across the construction and building services industry, having worked in both the UK and international markets. His background spans technical and consultative sales, proactive account management, and delivering tailored solutions that help customers improve safety, compliance, and asset performance.
Before joining FAS, Kalman worked at KONE, where he partnered closely with clients, consultants, and facilities management companies to deliver maintenance service solutions that met commercial and contractual requirements while enhancing operational performance.
“I was inspired to join Façade Access Solutions because of its technical expertise, strong reputation, and commitment to delivering high standards across the façade access sector,” said Kalman. “I was also drawn to the collaborative nature of the business and the opportunity to help customers solve real operational challenges while improving safety and compliance.”
In his new role, Kalman will support customers across Retrofit, Refurbishment & Replacement projects, helping them identify tailored solutions that extend asset life, improve performance, and maintain compliance with evolving industry requirements.
“What excites me most about this role is the opportunity to create real value through tailored, solution-driven approaches for customers,” he said. “Every project is unique, which makes the role both technically engaging and highly collaborative. I enjoy working closely with clients to understand their specific challenges, developing customised solutions, and seeing projects progress successfully from concept through to completion.”
Looking ahead, Kalman is focused on building strong relationships with customers and colleagues while contributing to the continued growth of the RRR division.
“I’m particularly excited about collaborating on complex projects where we can combine technical expertise and practical solutions to deliver real value for clients,” he added. “Ultimately, I’d like to help strengthen FAS’s reputation as a trusted partner for refurbishment, retrofit, and replacement solutions across the industry.”
Outside of work, Kalman enjoys travelling and exploring new places and cultures. He is also passionate about scuba diving and nature photography, with a particular interest in capturing landscapes and wildlife.
These interests reflect the curiosity, attention to detail, and appreciation for new perspectives that he brings to both his personal and professional life.
