Façade Access Solutions welcomed Vincent Papait as Regional Leader for Europe, bringing more than 25 years of international leadership experience across the Oil & Gas, Water & Environmental Services, and Major Infrastructure Design & Build sectors. Having lived and worked in Norway, France, Oman, and Morocco, Papait has built a career leading large-scale EPC projects, driving business development, and managing multi-country operations across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
In his new role, Vincent will lead the Europe region with a clear ambition to accelerate profitable growth, strengthen the company’s market position, and help establish Infrastructure as a key driver of value creation for the wider business. Drawn to Façade Access Solutions by the opportunity to build something meaningful, he sees strong alignment between the company’s focus on execution excellence, long-term partnerships, and the values that have shaped his career.

Vincent’s professional journey spans three distinct industries and some of the world’s most dynamic markets. Over the past two and a half decades, he has led complex projects and operations while developing expertise in business growth, customer engagement, and organisational leadership.
Throughout his career, he has overseen large-scale EPC projects, driven business development initiatives, and managed multi-country operations across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Working and living in several countries has given him first-hand experience of leading multicultural teams, navigating diverse business environments, and building strong relationships across regions.
These experiences have shaped a leadership style grounded in collaboration, adaptability, and a strong focus on execution.
For Vincent, one of the most rewarding aspects of joining Façade Access Solutions is the opportunity to work alongside experienced teams and help unlock opportunities that already exist within the business.
“What genuinely excites me is the chance to work alongside strong management teams and help unlock potential that’s already there,” he said. “After 25 years of seeing what works and what doesn’t across very different industries and geographies, I want to bring that perspective to the table in a way that’s practical and energising for the teams.”

As he looks ahead, Vincent has identified several clear priorities that will help support sustainable growth across the Europe region.
One of his key objectives is to establish a more structured process for sharing expertise, best practices, and synergies across business units. He believes there is significant value to be unlocked through greater collaboration and knowledge sharing across the organisation.
Beyond that, he plans to strengthen operational discipline, sharpen the sales approach, and reinforce a culture of accountability throughout the region.

Away from work, Vincent enjoys spending time with his two young children, who keep him busy with family adventures and new experiences.
Sport has also remained constant throughout his life, particularly tennis and skiing. In addition, he has a longstanding passion for the sea and maritime activities, which provide an opportunity to recharge and gain fresh perspective.
“The ocean has a way of putting things in perspective,” he said.
